1. What are your payment options?

Paypal, GCash or bank deposit/transfer. Payment details are provided AFTER filling up the details for shipping purposes upon checkout. 

2. What are your Shipping Methods? how much?

We ship via LBC or Grab. Expect orders to be delivered within 8-10 working days. The standard shipping rate within Metro Manila is Php 150 and Provincial is Php 220.

3. Do you ship abroad?

Yes. We can ship via LBC or DHL. If you have any preferred courier, we're open to discuss.

4. How long is an Order On Reserve?

We hold items for 48 hours. Please make sure to pay within the 48 hour period and send us proof of payment for us to process the payment.

5. What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

  • Returns are not allowed
  • We only accept size exchange upon availability of stock. Merchandise should be in good condition. 
  • Any form of exchange (size exchange, damage upon review etc) approved by seller should be sent back by customer to seller within 2 working days
  • Pick-up for exchange by customer should be done within 5 working days unless a request for extension was approved by seller
  • All shipping fee for exchange is shouldered by customer
